Memberships, invoices and payments

Every sale is an invoice: memberships, personal training packages, locker rent, products. Payments are recorded against invoices, so you always know what each member owes.

Taking a payment

Open the invoice under Finance → Invoice / Payment and add a payment with the amount and method: cash, card, bank transfer or a mobile wallet. Part payments are fine: the invoice shows what is left. Amounts are in your own currency.

Expenses

Record rent, salaries, equipment and other costs under Finance → Expense. Your income and expense categories are under Finance → Categories.

Reports

The dashboard shows this month's income, what is owed and memberships ending soon. Most lists can be searched, filtered and downloaded as a spreadsheet (CSV).
