What is gym management software?
Gym management software runs a gym’s day-to-day work: members and renewals, check-ins, class bookings, invoices, staff and reports. FitIts does all of that and adds trainer and nutrition tools on the same member records.
Is FitIts good for a small gym?
Yes. Every plan has every feature, so a small gym pays only for its size. Starter covers 100 active members for ৳999 ($19) a month.
How do members check in?
Members show the QR code on their phone at the desk or a tablet kiosk, or use a ZKTeco face or fingerprint terminal. FitIts checks the membership straight away and shows Allowed in or Not allowed in, with the reason.
How does FitIts handle renewals?
FitIts tracks every end date and sends email or WhatsApp reminders before and after a membership ends. Your dashboard lists who to call, and renewing takes two clicks.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Your plan includes one branch, and each extra branch is ৳1,000 ($10) a month. You see each branch on its own or all together.
Does FitIts handle staff, roles and payroll?
Yes. Roles decide what each person sees, and staff can be paid by salary, by the hour or by the session. Monthly payroll makes payslips and records them as an expense. Tax isn’t calculated.
Can I move from my current software or Excel?
Yes. Import up to 1,000 members at a time from Excel or CSV. FitIts matches the columns and lets you check every row before anything is saved.
How much does FitIts cost?
Gyms pay ৳999 ($19), ৳1,999 ($39) or ৳3,999 ($79) a month, depending on size. Trainers and dietitians start free and then pay ৳800 ($12) or ৳1,800 ($25) a month. Every plan has every feature, and yearly billing costs less.
