How does FitIts handle renewals?
FitIts tracks every end date and sends email or WhatsApp reminders before and after a membership ends. Your dashboard lists who to call, and renewing takes two clicks.
How are reminders sent?
By email automatically, and by WhatsApp either with one tap or automatically from your WhatsApp Business number, only to clients who agreed. Each message can be switched on or off and reworded.
Is FitIts good for a small gym?
Yes. Every plan has every feature, so a small gym pays only for its size. Starter covers 100 active members for ৳999 ($19) a month.
Can I move from my current software or Excel?
Yes. Import up to 1,000 members at a time from Excel or CSV. FitIts matches the columns and lets you check every row before anything is saved.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Your plan includes one branch, and each extra branch is ৳1,000 ($10) a month. You see each branch on its own or all together.
