Download your data

The owner can download a copy under Settings → Your data. It is a .zip of spreadsheet files with everything the business keeps in FitIts (clients and membership history, invoices, payments, expenses, check-ins, health checks, measurements, sessions, group sessions, programs, meal plans, food diaries, lockers, branches, staff, attendance, leave and payroll) that open in Excel or Google Sheets. Photos and uploaded files are not included.

Closing your account

On the same page, the owner can ask to close the account. Nothing is deleted straight away: you have 30 days to change your mind and cancel the request. After that, FitIts closes the account and deletes your business's data. Download a copy first if you want to keep your records.
