Check-in and kiosks

Every visit is recorded, so you can see who is in now, how busy you are and when each member last came.

At the desk

Open Check-in. Type a name, phone number or member ID, or scan the member's QR code. FitIts checks the membership is valid and warns you if it has ended or a payment is due.

Self-service kiosk

Under Check-in → Kiosks and terminals, set up a tablet at the entrance. Members check themselves in with their QR code or PIN. The kiosk is locked to check-in only.

Access terminals

Turnstiles and door terminals can send check-ins to FitIts. FitIts never stores fingerprints or face data: the terminal keeps those.

Checking out

Members who forget to check out are marked as left automatically a few hours later (4 by default; change it in the check-in settings).
